Introducing SealForm, a new and innovative foundation forming system
that will save you both time and effort in the construction of your
bin, as well as improve your bin's overall moisture protection.
Unlike conventional methods of building a bin foundation, SealForm
uses a revolutionary vertical sealing system that joins the bin's
wall sheets directly to the foundation wall sheet. The result is
a better seal between the bin and the foundation for significantly
improved protection against moisture and insect migration.
 The
recommended choice for all Westeel grain bins, Westeel's SealForm
is a foundation forming system that marks a dramatic improvement
over conventional methods of building a bin foundation. Thanks to
its revolutionary vertical seaming system that joins the bins wall
sheets directly to the foundation form wall sheet, SealForm is able
to deliver significantly improved protection against moisture and
insect migration without need for caulking or sealing products applied
at the contact point where the bin and foundation meet. SealForm
is compatible with bin unloading equipment and all forms of aeration,
including Westeel's new Circ-Air round pit system.
Engineered by Westeel to be an improvement over traditional methods
of building a bin foundation, SealForm is the recommended choice
for your Westeel grain bins. It's standard 14" form depth for
Standard-Corr and 16" for Wide-Corr bins (32" for in-floor
unloading) makes SealForm ideal for bins using either, above floor
aeration or full floor aeration. This system eliminates the difficult
and time-consuming need for anchor bolts for securing the bin.

becomes a permanent part of your base, giving you greater stability

the form wall sheet. As such, there is no need for caulking, giving

bin.
- Reusable Pouring Kit - A separate SealForm reusable pouring
kit comes standard on Wide-Corr and is available as an option
on Standard-Corr. This kit includes a wear angle for the screeder
board (not Supplied), a scribing tool and a pivot for the centre
point of the bin.
