Debearder Designed for Debearding and Threshing Grain

The Kipp Kelly Debearder is designed for seed and grain applications which require debearding or threshing of products at higher capacities with less damage. The Kipp Kelly Debearder is equipped to withstand years of use due to its industrial construction.

Debearder Features:

• Discharge allows for a 4" air duct to be connected for dust control.
• 3/8" steel barrel construction.
• 1/2" thick case hardened rotary and stationary blades bolted into place
• 2 - 3/16" heavy duty Sealmaster bearings
• Inspection door on top and hinged clean out doors on the bottom
• Multi-groove v-belt drive
