Scale Measures Feed Ingredients
The Laden micro weigh scales assembly is an independent pre-weigh
system, which consists of holding hoppers mounted inside a frame.
The system is used to measure micro ingredients as part of a feed
mixing procedure. The micro weigh scale system's weighing mechanism
is isolated from other components by a separate frame to ensure
weighing accuracy.
Unique Load Cell System
Each independent hopper has it's own coreless discharge auger and
drive with variable speed control which discharges into a choice
of transfer systems which are suspended from 4 - S-Type load cells.
Unique load cell system individually weighs dry ingredients in precise
gram increments. The micro weigh scale system is expandable to allow
for future additions and allows for as few as 4 micro-boxes up to
30 micro-boxes. Each hopper has a capacity of 2 cubic feet.
Accurate, Uniform Feed Ration Every Time
This latest in weighing scale technology accurately weighs dry
ingredients and uniformly delivers them to the feed ration. Livestock
receives the right amount of recommended additive in every bite
of feed, guaranteeing the maximum benefit possible from the additives
used. Digital scales can be programmed with the exact rations needed
for all livestock at their various stages of growth.
Skid Mounted Micro Weigh Scale
The system can also be quickly reprogrammed to accommodate special
needs like changes in climatic conditions or the health requirements
of the livestock. The micro weigh scale can be skid mounted along
with other required components or can function as floor batching
scales
Maximizing the performance potential of livestock means delivering
the appropriate feed ration for each health need and each stage
of growth. Creating the appropriate ration begins with the precise
measurement of each micro-ingredient. Single step mixing reduces
the potential for mixing errors. Computer-controlled system accurately
matches medication levels to the animal.
Top Loading Gravity Fed Micro Ingredient System
The system conveniently loads from the top and utilizes gravity
to ensure cleanout. A flush auger and hopper allows a bulk ingredient
to be used as a cleaning agent after every batch. After all of the
micro ingredients are discharged from the hoppers to the Mixer,
Soya is introduced as a last ingredient to go into the mixer. This
allows the Soya to clean out the micro system discharge completely.
This process eliminates any possibility of any contamination from
batch to batch.
Daily Ingredient Report provides inventory control tool. This computer-generated
report details the feed ration made and the amounts of ingredients
used, actual versus projected.
